    We offer the following shipping options for your convenience:
  • Courier Delivery: Express delivery via a trusted courier service.
  • Bob Box Locker Pickup: If available in your area, you may choose to pick up your order from a local Bob Box locker. The availability of a locker will automatically be shown at checkout once you provide your address.
  1. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. You will be provided with the available shipping options and their associated costs before you complete your purchase.
  2. Order Tracking
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
  3. Address Accuracy
    To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We do not ship to PO Boxes, and we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  4. Shipping Delays
    While we aim to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or issues with the shipping carrier.   5. Lost or Damaged Items

  6. Bob Box Locker Terms
  • Bob Box lockers only support parcels up to 22kg. For larger orders, we recommend using the courier delivery option.
  • Once your parcel is delivered to a Bob Box locker, you have 48 hours to collect it. If not collected within this timeframe, the parcel may be returned or re-routed.
  • The availability of Bob Box lockers will be displayed during checkout, based on your provided address.
  1. Shipping Restrictions
    We only ship within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
