Yes! We offer reputable brands such as Acer, ASUS, ASRock and MSI for computer components, alongside trusted manufacturers in networking, power solutions, tablets, and mobile accessories.

3. Are all your products brand-new and under warranty?
Yes, every product we sell is brand-new and sealed. All items include a manufacturer warranty, with applicable warranty period displayed on each product page.

4. How can I place an order?
Simply browse the website, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to create an account to complete your purchase securely.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Absa Pay, Capitec Pay, Nedbank Direct EFT, Scan to Pay, PayShap, and Instant EFT/bank transfers. For a fast checkout experience it is advisable to use Instant EFT. All payments go through a secure gateway for a safe and secure checkout.

6. Do you offer international shipping?
No. We currently only ship within South Africa. During checkout, shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on your address. Please see our Shipping Policy

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can track your parcel using the courier’s tracking portal.

Yes. All prices on our website include 15% VAT. An invoice will be provided with every purchase.

We make every effort to only list items that are currently in stock. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked accordingly or will not be displayed. If you desire to purchase an item that is out of stock, please contact us and we will see if we can source it for you.

14. Do you offer warranty repairs or replacements?
Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s process. If your product is defective within its warranty period, contact us to begin the process.
